Black Skin Creative Seafood Restaurant Introduction
The third-generation owner of Black Skin Seafood Restaurant, You Zhihao, is a graduate of the Food Science Department at National Chiayi University. "Black Skin" is a transliteration of "happy," aiming to provide guests with a joyful dining environment. Having previously worked as a research and development technician at the Zhengxiang Food Company in Puzi City, the young and creative You Zhihao developed the restaurant's signature dish, which combines eight local seafood ingredients to create a crispy hamburger meatball, merging Chinese and Western culinary styles, and has become quite popular among consumers.
