Located on Zhongxiao Street in Xikou Township, Xikou Traditional Pork Blood Soup has been a nostalgic delicacy in the area for over half a century. This stall was originally operated by Mrs. Zheng Furong and her husband. With its rich flavor and generous ingredients, this roadside stand has evolved over decades into a popular favorite among local residents. To ensure the continued legacy of this great taste, the Zheng couple handed over the stall to their brother and sister-in-law before retiring. Currently, the sister-in-law, Ms. Wu Qionghui, continues to prepare the dish in the same manner, allowing this traditional snack from Xikou to delight many food lovers' taste buds.
