A-Jhen's Traditional Cuisine Introduction
Located at the entrance of Xikou Vegetable Market, Sister A-Zhen's traditional cuisine has been operating for twenty years. Although there are no extravagant decorations, the persistence of the boss and his wife in upholding traditional flavors fills the shop with familiar and beloved aromas for gourmets. Whether it's pork belly soup, rice cake, crispy spare ribs, or other soups, all are worth tasting. Notably, the "Grandma's Taro Cake," made only on Tuesdays and Saturdays, is a signature dish passed down from the "A-Dai Master," who once worked as a catering chef, now in its third generation. From the filling to the outer skin, every piece is handmade with no chemical additives, resulting in full, unique flavors and a very fragrant and chewy outer layer. Customers describe it perfectly: "Once you eat it, you'll miss it; if you don't eat it, you'll long for it." To serve more customers, the restaurant now offers ordering and delivery for the taro cake and crispy spare ribs. Public orders are welcome.
