Currently, the shop is managed by the owner's two friendly daughters. They say their ginger-flavored tofu pudding, which is only sold in winter, is the most popular. This flavor was discovered accidentally when the father would finish his work in the winter, and the mother would brew ginger juice to warm him up. This unique combination has made the longtime customers of the shop even more enamored with the tofu pudding.
