The shop appears to be an ordinary small stall, with a dining area on one side and a fish ball factory on the other. Established 80 years ago, it still insists on hand-making the freshest fish balls, and the taste leaves every Hsinchu resident who has tried it craving for more. The shop only sells two items: soup and braised pork rice. It is recommended to order the #Three Ball Soup, which contains Hsinchu meat ball, stuffed fish ball, and fish ball with bird's nest, all of which are quite large. #City Code highly recommends the stuffed fish ball! The filling of the fish ball includes fresh lean meat, scallions, and crispy water chestnut, with a pleasantly chewy outer skin and a rich fish flavor. Be cautious when eating it for the first time, as biting into it will burst out the delicious soup, reminiscent of the explosive meatballs in the movie Eat Drink Man Woman.
