Yu Chen Xin / Guangming Flagship Store Introduction
A fortune poem and six sacred divinations encouraged Yu Chen Hsin to start her pastry business. Over the past half century, she has transformed from a novice to a renowned pastry expert in Taiwan. Our original intention remains unchanged: "To make those who care for us feel honored." Yu Chen Hsin's pastries do not rely on exclusive secret recipes; instead, they are driven by a caring heart for customers and a commitment to quality ingredients. To meet the needs of devotees and local residents who are vegetarian while visiting the Dajia Mazu Temple, Yu Chen Hsin replaced the traditional lard pastry with a recipe using natural butter. This not only resulted in the well-known "butter pastry" today but also earned Yu Chen Hsin the title of the hometown of butter pastries.
