Triumph Restaurant Introduction
In 1997, the Guantian District Farmers' Association held the first Guantian Water Chestnut Festival from October 5 to October 12 to inject new life into water chestnuts, combining local culture and history. At the same time, they launched the "Water Chestnut Feast," accepting table reservations in a banquet style, with the seating arranged by the Hulukou Pond. During the event, over 50,000 visitors attended, and the "Water Chestnut Feast" gained fame throughout Taiwan.
