North Harmony Live Fish Restaurant Introduction
The North Harmony Restaurant, a 16-year-old establishment recognized as a gold medal restaurant in 2018, features a Japanese architectural style. Originally known as the YuJia Township Live Fish Restaurant, it was the first restaurant in the area to use sturgeon as its main dish. The venue is spacious and has a pleasant atmosphere, making it a chosen location for the press conference of the Live Fish Tourism Festival organized by the Taoyuan City Government. It is also one of the demonstration restaurants among the nine live fish restaurants in Taoyuan.
