The first session of the Taoyuan Top Ten Souvenirs features the master-crafted gift set of top-grade handmade black bean curd. In the third and fourth sessions of the Taoyuan Top Ten Souvenirs, the renowned Dafu Tofu is produced using food-grade non-GMO soybeans, handmade, and undergoes at least four rounds of rapid freezing and braising procedures. It has a solid flavor and a chewy texture, making it a favorite souvenir for tourists. Awarded the "Gold Medal Store" in Taoyuan in 2008 for "Nostalgic Snacks" and in 2010 for "Desserts." The Dafu Happy Peach Blossom Garden Gift Set, awarded in the third and fifth sessions of the Taoyuan Top Ten Souvenirs, has a century-long heritage spanning four generations. The Happy Peach Blossom Garden Gift Set includes: one box of Tung flower eggs with green beans, one bottle of Kan-tsin fermented tofu, and vacuum-packed handmade black bean curd (four boxes from the master-grade bean curd craftsman and two packs of gourmet bean curd). In 2008, it was recognized as one of the top fifteen souvenirs in Taiwan by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. In 2010, it passed the vacuum commercial sterilization tests conducted by the Food Industry Research and Development Institute, and it is permitted for room temperature sale as vacuum-packed food products (one of three in Taiwan and the only one in Northern Taiwan). The sixth session of the Taoyuan Top Ten Souvenirs features the Dafu Purple Butterfly Gift Box. The seventh and eighth sessions feature the Dafu Pottery Seal (Peach Blessing) pot. The Dafu Food Design incorporates environmental sustainability principles in the design of the pottery seal (pot), ensuring that the clay is tested to meet food container standards.
