Located on Zhongshan Road in Daxi District, Taoyuan, the Liberation Café 3.0 has moved from the second floor of a small alley filled with movie posters and music from the 1950s and 1960s to an old historical building. The owner has collected over two thousand records of rock, jazz, and film soundtracks, with the sounds of early pop songs like The Beatles filling the air. In this historical old house, you can appreciate the traces of handcraft that are visible everywhere. If you feel tired or need a caffeine boost, you are welcome to take a break here and enjoy a cup of the delicious coffee that the owner carefully roasts! Specialties include: Siphon coffee, house-roasted selections from various estates, homemade pizza, homemade cakes, ice cream waffles, and roasted chicken waffles.
