Ji 久 Chuan Yi Pasta House Introduction
Located near the Beigang Chaotian Temple, this restaurant was formerly the Tainan Small and Medium Enterprise Bank. It was sold years ago after the bank relocated and purchased by the current owner who transformed it into the first legal bed and breakfast in Beigang. The building has a simple yet retro exterior. The tall lobby on the first floor houses the Jiuchiu Chunyi Noodle House, operated by the owner's son. Due to the owner's passion for cooking, Jiuchiu Chunyi uses local ingredients from Yunlin and carefully selects imported seafood from Australia, which is frozen rapidly to lock in the freshness and sweetness. To showcase the original flavors of the ingredients, the owner does not add artificial seasonings during the cooking process, making it feel like dining in nature!
