The method includes: finely chopping cabbage and chives; first, brushing some flour on the frying spoon, then layering oysters, cabbage, chives, and crispy scallions, adding sesame oil and a little seasoning, coating it with flour, and frying it until golden brown before serving, cut into pieces with a dipping sauce. In addition to oyster omelets, scallion pancakes and stinky tofu also sell very well.
