Erwu Lian Water Gate Park Introduction
Located at the confluence of the Hou Dong River and the Shazihang Drainage in Jiaoxi Township, Yilan County, this is a large tidal drainage gate equipped with a management station to regulate water flow. The surrounding hydraulic land measures approximately 72 meters in length and 42 meters in width, totaling about 300 square meters. The park features a pavilion and stone tables, serving as a gathering place for local residents to chat. Additionally, there are 208 meters of walking paths and a 24-meter health trail where the public can exercise and take walks to promote physical health. The park is richly landscaped with a variety of flowering trees and plants, including Casuarina equisetifolia, Melaleuca, Cinnamomum camphora, Delonix regia, Terminalia catappa, and Rhododendron, creating a beautiful scenery that provides a recreational space for local residents and tourists, making it an ideal place for family leisure activities. The Er-Wu-Lian Water Gate Park is beautifully landscaped with flowering trees, and it features a pavilion.
