Erwu Lian Water Gate Park Introduction
Located at the confluence of the Hōngdòng Stream and the Sandık Port drainage in Jiaoxi Township, Yilan County, this is a large tidal drainage gate with a management station to regulate water flow. The surrounding area measures approximately 72 meters in length and about 42 meters in width, encompassing around 300 square meters. The park features a pavilion and a stone table, serving as a gathering place for local residents to chat. Additionally, there is a 208-meter trail and a 24-meter health trail where people can exercise and take walks to promote health. The park is beautifully landscaped with a variety of flowering plants and trees, including Casuarina equisetifolia, Gynostemma pentaphyllum, Cinnamomum camphora, Delonix regia, Trema orientalis, and azaleas, creating a picturesque environment that provides recreational space for local residents and visitors, making it an excellent place for family activities. The Erwu Lian Water Gate Park is well landscaped with blooming flora and greenery, featuring a pavilion.
