Erlung Water Gate Park Introduction
Located at the confluence of the Hou Dong Stream and the Shazikang Drainage in Jiaoxi Township, Yilan County, it is a large tide control drainage gate equipped with a management station to regulate water flow. The surrounding water conservancy area measures approximately 72 meters in length and 42 meters in width, covering around 300 square meters. The park features a pavilion and a stone table, serving as a gathering place for local residents to chat. Additionally, there are a 208-meter walking trail and a 24-meter health trail, allowing the public to exercise and walk, promoting physical health. The park is extensively landscaped with various flowering trees and plants, including Casuarina equisetifolia, Syzygium samarangense, Cinnamomum camphora, Delonix regia, Terminalia catappa, and azaleas, creating a beautiful scenery. It provides a leisure and recreational space for local residents and tourists and is an excellent place for family activities. The Erwu Lian Watergate Park is richly decorated with flowering trees and greenery, featuring a pavilion.
