Erwu Lian Water Gate Park Introduction
Located at the confluence of the Hou Dong Creek and the Sandimen River in Toucheng Township, Yilan County, this large tidal drainage gate features a management station to regulate water flow. The surrounding water control area measures approximately 72 meters in length and 42 meters in width, covering a total of around 300 square meters. The park includes a pavilion and a stone table, serving as a gathering place for local residents. Additionally, there are a 208-meter long walking path and a 24-meter health trail for public exercise and walking, promoting physical health. The park is richly landscaped with a variety of plants, including Casuarina equisetifolia, Acacia confusa, Cinnamomum camphora, Delonix regia, Terminalia catappa, and Rhododendron, creating a beautiful environment. It provides a recreational space for local community members and tourists, making it an excellent venue for family leisure activities. The Erwu Lian Watergate Park is beautifully landscaped with abundant flora.
