Coastal Bicycle Path Introduction
The North Coast Bicycle Path, also known as the Yilan Coastal Bicycle North Line, starts from Donggang Banyan Tree Park and runs northward, passing through Yongzhen Seaside Park to the Zhuan'an River estuary, covering a total length of about 14 kilometers. This path is not only suitable for cycling but also great for hiking along the bike trail to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. There are two scenic pavilion areas along the bike path, providing visitors with spots to rest and appreciate the coastal views. White Crinum Lily, Taiwan Wild Lily, and sea gourd are planted on both sides of the path, and from late summer to early autumn, it is the blooming season for Crinum Lily and Wild Lily. With the sea breeze, the white flowers sway gently, making it a delightful experience to cycle while enjoying the flowers. There are also several small paths leading to the beach, where you can accompany the sound of crashing waves while admiring coastal plants and the vast Pacific Ocean, with a distant view of Guishan Island and other unique coastal scenery. However, the bicycle supply station is a short distance from the bike path, so it is recommended to prepare your supplies before setting off for a coastal bike trip.
