Coastal Bike Path Introduction

The Beibin Bicycle Path, also known as the Yilan Coastal Bicycle North Line, starts from the Donggang Banyan Tree Park and runs northward, passing through the Yongzhen Coastal Park to reach the Zhuan'an River estuary. The total length is approximately 14 kilometers, making it suitable not only for cycling but also for hiking along the path while enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way. Along the bicycle path, there are two scenic pavilion areas for visitors to take a break and appreciate the coastal views. The sides of the path are planted with white spider lilies, Taiwan wild lilies, and sea grape plants. From late summer to early autumn, the spider lilies and wild lilies are in bloom, swaying in the sea breeze, providing a delightful experience of cycling while enjoying the flowers. Additionally, there are several small paths leading to the beach, where visitors can listen to the waves while enjoying coastal plants, the vast Pacific Ocean, and the unique views of the Keelung Island along the coastline. However, the bicycle supply station is located a short distance from the path, so it's recommended to prepare your supplies before embarking on this coastal bicycle adventure.
