Yongzhen Coastal Station (Waiting for Sunrise) Introduction
Yongzhen Coastal Station is located in the Yongzhen Coastal Recreation Area, offering an excellent vantage point to view the "Sunrise over Turtle Mountain." It is adjacent to scenic spots along the Yilan Coastal Bike Path and the coastal highway of Taiwan Route 2 in the Northeast Coast. The station is positioned as an important node in the tourism corridor of the area, combining coastal views, leisurely experiences, and bicycle tourism, creating a new coastal tourism hub that integrates rest, communication, and exploration functions. The station building is currently operated by "Waiting for the Sunrise," which runs a seaside café. Named after the beautiful natural spectacle of watching the sunrise over Turtle Mountain, the café conveys the expectation of anticipating dawn. Translated into English as "Brand New Day," it symbolizes that every ray of dawn represents a new beginning. It is hoped that every traveler who comes here can forget yesterday's troubles and feel that each day is a hopeful new starting point, injecting motivation to move forward in life. "Waiting for the Sunrise" offers dining and leisure services, including a ground floor featuring a visitor information center and bicycle rental services.
