Changpi Lake Scenic Area Introduction

The Changpi Lake Scenic Area, located in Sanxing Township, was formerly known as Jiouqiung Lake. Situated at an elevation of approximately 200 meters, it served as a military horse breeding ground during the Japanese colonial period. Traveling along Provincial Highway 7B, it is a necessary route to attractions such as Qing Shui Geothermal Park, Qilan, Mingchi, and Taimali Mountain. Many visitors are often captivated by the emerald landscapes of Changpi Lake, leading to its popularity as a mid-way stop.
