The Xiaowulai Skywalk, located in the Fuxing District of Taoyuan City, hangs above the Xiaowulai Waterfall. To fulfill the dream of travelers walking in the clouds, the Taoyuan City Government invested NT$8 million to build this skywalk, which was later voted the most romantic spot in Taiwan by the public. The skywalk features a minimalist design with geometric lines, with the structure made of reinforced glass at the bottom. The corridor extends 11 meters into the air, allowing visitors standing on the glass platform, 70 meters above the base of the waterfall, to enjoy breathtaking views of the Xiaowulai Gorge and the majestic waterfall, challenging their perspectives with a 360-degree view. Next to the Xiaowulai Skywalk, the Wind-Activated Stone, known as "Ghost Stone," has a base area of only 0.5 square meters, appearing to be on the verge of toppling yet remaining still against the wind, astonishing visitors with the wonders of nature. However, in July 2013, the Wind-Activated Stone could not withstand the impact of Typhoon Soulik and fell onto the riverbed. Standing on the transparent skywalk, visitors can fully experience the thrill of having the waterfall and abyss beneath their feet, challenging their visual limits.
