Xiao Wulai Sky Walk Introduction

■ For group reservations (more than 20 people), please submit your application to the Xiaowulai Skywalk reservation system (https://skywalk.tycg.gov.tw/index.aspx?openExternalBrowser=1) within 2 to 30 days prior to your scheduled visit. ■ For small group visits (1-19 people), please bring your identification and purchase tickets on-site. Xiaowulai Skywalk is located in the Fuxing District of Taoyuan City, suspended above the Xiaowulai Waterfall. To fulfill the dream of travelers walking on clouds, the Taoyuan City Government invested NT$8 million to create this skywalk, which was later voted by the public as the most romantic spot in Taiwan. The skywalk features a minimalist design with geometric lines and is built with a reinforced glass structure. The corridor extends 11 meters into the air, and visitors standing on the glass platform, 70 meters above the base of the waterfall, can enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the Xiaowulai Gorge and the majestic waterfall, challenging their perspectives with a 360-degree view. Originally, the nearby "Fengdong Stone," known as the "Ghost Stone," has a base support area of only 0.5 square meters, appearing to teeter precariously yet remaining immobile in the wind, showcasing the wonders of nature. However, in July 2013, Fengdong Stone could not withstand the impact of Typhoon Soulik and has since rolled down to the stream bed. Standing on the transparent skywalk, visitors can fully experience the thrill of having the waterfall and abyss beneath their feet while challenging their visual limits.
