Xikou Tribe Introduction

Located across from Jiao Ban Mountain, Xikou Village is set on the river terraces of the upper Dahan River, and its winding landscape resembles that of the hometown of Chiang Kai-shek, Xikou Town in Fenghua County, Zhejiang Province. Hence, Chiang named it Xikou and referred to it as his second hometown. This "Presidential Village" in the mountains, Xikou Shang and Xikou Xia are located along the Roman Highway, with the latter 150 meters below the road. The giant yellow rattan basket at the entrance is a common item for carrying goods among the women of the village. Strolling through the village, you can see traditional buildings like watchtowers, granaries, and a church, as well as learn to be a hunter for a day!
