Xingren Night Market Introduction

If you still think of night markets as just a street with a couple of stalls, you must visit the Bade Xingren Garden Night Market to change your perspective! Covering an area of 6,000 ping with over 500 stalls, this place is not just a night market, but more like a "night market paradise"! The spacious environment is not crowded and is thoughtfully divided into two main sections: Area A is a bustling food paradise, while Area B is a joyful kingdom that satisfies games, performances, and shopping all at once. In the food Area A, you can enjoy everything from traditional Taiwanese snacks to international flavors! Craving classic Taiwanese taste? Or are you in the mood for exotic delights? Area A gathers all the popular night market foods from across Taiwan, and we hope your stomach can handle it all! Start with a giant "Angry Squid," which is larger than your face, with a crispy outer layer locking in the ocean flavors, bursting with aroma with every bite. There’s also braised food prepared by a former head chef from a five-star hotel in Singapore, each item richly flavored. For those who love Western-style dishes, we recommend the freshly made brick oven pizza, with handmade dough paired with rich cheese and an irresistible aroma! Don’t forget the crispy-on-the-outside, thick-on-the-inside fried egg pancake, available in various flavors; the popular "Golden Sand Stinky Tofu" is a must-try, paired with salted egg sauce and crunchy pickles, offering a delightful layered flavor. For desserts, we recommend the colorful sweet potato balls, which are chewy on the outside and soft on the inside—both vibrant and delicious. For drinks, definitely try the "Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk," rich in brown sugar flavor with generous helpings of pearls, satisfying with every sip! There’s also the thick sliced fried coffin board, filled with rich ingredients and creamy goodness that’s super comforting with every bite! In the joyful Area B, you can enjoy games, performances, and shopping all at once! After filling up, don't rush to leave; Area B is the place where you won’t want to go home! From coffee cups, Ferris wheels, marble games, dart throwing, mini trains, merry-go-rounds to pirate ships… everything is incredibly fun! There are also small challenge games like Mahjong Bingo Kingdom and Texas Hold'em, providing loads of fun for adults too. Classic games like claw machines, ring toss, shrimp fishing, and air guns are all available, ensuring you’ll be laughing from start to finish! Besides eating and having fun, there are also plenty of treasure hunt spots here! Fashionable clothing, children’s wear, and creative handmade items abound, and as you walk, you might accidentally end up with your hands full of spoils. There are also occasional performances, igniting enthusiasm even at night! Xingren Night Market is not only a food and drink venue but also the most alluring entertainment stage at night! There are regular performances featuring thunderous drum shows and vibrant street dance performances, attracting everyone to stop and enjoy. Sometimes, there are surprise magic shows with close-up interactions that keep you captivated; the fire dance performance is the highlight, with flames swirling in the night sky, raising the atmosphere to its peak!
