Eagle Stream Trail Introduction

Located in Yufeng Village, Jianjing Township, the Eagle Creek Trail is a popular tourist destination in recent years. Walking into the trail, you are surrounded by lush forests, with the sound of flowing water and various insects and birds chirping, making you forget your worries in an instant. The trail features dense forests and rich ecology on both sides, and while it has some steep slopes, most sections are well-paved and easy to walk, making it very accessible. Along the way, you will pass through two arched bridges made of bamboo, which not only reflect the culture of the Atayal tribe but also add character to the trail. The latter part of the trail includes a wooden walkway built along the mountainside, a fish observation pavilion, Eagle Rock, and numerous small waterfalls. When you reach the endpoint, Li Pu Waterfall, you can feel the cool breeze refreshing you, a perfect way to beat the heat. Here, you can also see the unique sight of the fish called bitter flower fish, known as "fireflies in the water," sparkling in the water. With its rich ecology and stunning natural scenery, this place has become one of the most beautiful hidden gems in Jianjing Township. It is recommended to enjoy a forest bath at the Eagle Creek Trail first and then return to Cha Ri Hot Springs to soak, allowing both body and mind to enjoy the cleansing and relaxation of nature.
