Golden Lion Lake Butterfly Garden Introduction
The Butterfly Garden is located on the eastern side of Jinxihu Scenic Area and is the largest netted butterfly garden in the country. It boasts a rich variety of butterflies, including over 30 species such as the Large Swallowtail, Common Mormon, Common Red, and Golden Birdwing, with the highest number of butterflies reaching up to 350 individuals. The total area of the Butterfly Garden and the surrounding park is 8,529 square meters. The two large exhibition halls are filled with butterfly host plants and nectar sources. Hall One features a butterfly observation bridge that is 24 meters long and 4.6 meters high, offering a view of butterflies in flight. Hall Two includes an indoor interpretation room, which provides professional guides for in-depth explanations.
