Guang Hsing Paper Mill Introduction

The evaluation period is from November 28, 2024, to November 27, 2027, and the excellent period is from November 25, 2009, to November 24, 2012. Guanghongxing Co., Ltd. is a factory that produces handmade paper. The manufacturing of handmade paper requires cooperation of water quality and climate conditions to ensure the paper has a long preservation ability. In addition to focusing on the traditional exquisite handmade paper production, the factory has been actively engaging in educational experiences, including paper making, ink dance, and printing courses, allowing domestic and international tourists to gain different learning experiences during their travels. Currently, Guangxing Paper Barn is the only handmade paper factory open for visitations and educational experiences, providing teaching activities designed for various age groups, making it a transformative factory that is knowledgeable, interesting, and challenging. Additionally, it features a Taiwanese handmade paper shop with over 30 different types of exquisite handmade paper from Taiwan, currently promoting green craft papers (such as banana fiber paper, taro stalk paper, and sugarcane waste paper) as its main focus, realizing a unique "locally produced, locally sold" model in the cultural industry.
