Niu Er Art Resort Introduction

The Niu-Er Art Resort, located in Puli Township, Nantou, is a large vacation area that combines art, culture, and recreational tourism, covering an area of approximately 20,000 ping. The resort is renowned for its collection of stone sculptures by the folk artist Lin Yuan, with sculptures by Lin Yuan and other famous sculptors displayed throughout the area, showcasing a rustic and storytelling local art style. The Niu-Er Art Resort serves not only as an art exhibition space but has also developed into a diversified leisure vacation center. The park features the "Lin Yuan Art Museum," a children’s art museum, a play square, and a local cultural relics exhibition area, along with expansive tung tree forests. From April to May, when the tung blossoms bloom, the white petals flutter in the air, creating a dreamy, ethereal paradise that attracts many visitors for flower viewing and picnicking. The resort's "Floral Spa Energy Center" is the largest spa facility in central Taiwan, offering amenities such as water column massage, sauna, steam room, ice water pool, and children's wading pool, combining leisure, health, beauty, and fitness, making it suitable for family relaxation. Additionally, the "Sculpture Forest Treehouse Restaurant" blends traditional Japanese architecture with the natural environment, serving omakase and teppanyaki, using fresh local ingredients and fish imported from Japan, allowing guests to enjoy a dual feast of food and scenery. In 2024, the Niu-Er Art Resort will unveil the "Niu-Er Town" themed area in a Japanese style, featuring landscapes such as a red torii gate, lantern wall, and wisteria flower tunnel, becoming a popular spot for photos. Visitors can stroll in kimonos to experience a rich Japanese atmosphere and overlook the beautiful scenery of Puli City from the observation deck.
