The generation-transmitted wagashi (Japanese sweets) began to bloom with new life. Since the brand rejuvenation of the Souvenirs Shop, it has continuously transformed and grown between tradition and innovation. Therefore, planning a “tourism factory” has always been our long-term operational goal and direction, combining the delicate spirit of Japanese wagashi culture with the deep cultivation of local culture, allowing the wagashi culture to integrate into more diverse forms and making it easier for more people to experience the exquisite culture of Japanese culinary arts. Furthermore, we hope to highlight the humanistic spirit of Japanese wagashi through guided tours, conveying the delicate representation of “art of the five senses.” Through the transformation of “brand rejuvenation,” we aspire to integrate the concepts of “humanities,” “innovation,” “education,” and “heritage,” reshaping the new values created by traditional industries. Now, a new vitality is shining and glowing. The Souvenirs Shop firmly believes that only by continuously innovating skills, developing healthy ingredients, and implementing professional quality control can we offer the most thoughtful service to our customers; only then can we transform the evolving culture of wagashi into an exquisite skill that touches the five senses, helping a new generation of wagashi penetrate different cultures around the world and gain more appreciation, thus passing on the legacy.
