The products contain no artificial coloring, flavoring, or additives, and are commercially sterilized at high temperatures and pressures, allowing for a one-year shelf life without preservatives. The Taiwan Braised Food Museum is the only braised food factory in Taiwan with multiple international certifications. To help more people understand the scientific processes behind braised food and its history, a tourism factory was established. Visitors can see the production process through glass windows, and learn various egg cooking tips and trivia through a DIY experience of making golden eggs. In addition, there are exquisite and delicious braised meal boxes and award-winning beef noodles available for visitors to enjoy. Nearby is the only indoor aircraft exhibition hall in Asia, the "Aviation Education Exhibition Hall," welcoming everyone to join a day trip in Gangshan. See It - The glass windows allow visitors to see the scientific production process of braised food. Hear It - Through guided tours, people can learn how to transform a night market business with 5000 NTD into a wholesale operation that now exports to 30 countries, sharing traditional delicacies abroad. Snap It - There are several designated photo areas planned both inside and outside the museum, including the outdoor courtyard area, beef noodle story hall, and entrepreneurial food truck role-playing area, all great spots for taking pictures.
