【Evaluation Validity Period: 2023/06/27~2026/06/26】 Jiahuaxiang Foods was founded by Mr. Huang Zhiming, the founder and chairman, in 1987. The company primarily focuses on "mochi" and developed the "Royal Family" brand for market expansion, offering over 100 products in the category of Taiwan's specialty snacks. With a new factory in the Nangang Industrial Zone covering 5,000 ping, it is the first modern food production facility in Taiwan's mochi industry to obtain both ISO22000 and HACCP dual certification. The company boasts advanced technological equipment and product development capabilities. The Royal Family brand, which uniquely features local flavors, has a product range that includes mochi, chocolate mochi QQ cakes, egg rolls, mochi cakes, Taiwan superior beans, cotton candy, jelly, nougat, and more. In addition to their high-quality taste, the exquisite gift box designs enhance the product's value. Furthermore, the company collaborates with many overseas manufacturers for OEM products. Currently, there are active plans to establish a "Taiwan Mochi" themed museum, scheduled to open in 2010, aimed at showcasing the diverse cultural characteristics of Taiwan's mochi industry, utilizing systematic modern technological innovations to develop a unique tourist factory—the Taiwan Mochi Theme Museum—where consumers can experience and learn about mochi culture firsthand.
