Qili Bay Bubble Tea Cultural Museum Introduction
【Evaluation Validity Period: 2023/02/22~2026/02/21】Shang Island Foods operates raw materials for Taiwanese bubble tea and provides teaching and guidance to those from around the world looking to start their entrepreneurial dreams. Over the years, recognizing the importance of marketing Taiwan's pearl milk tea culinary culture and fulfilling the responsibilities of a global citizen, in Lize, Su'ao, Yilan, it advocates concepts of sustainability, ecological friendliness, energy saving, carbon reduction, and environmental symbiosis, while integrating local resources to promote local culture with fishermen, farmers, agricultural associations, communities, and universities. After two years of planning and six years of construction, a breathing building has been created—a green factory that embodies the dream of entrepreneurship, from farm to table, brand to the world, with the corporate vision of "Taiwan's good flavors, letting the world know," allowing Taiwanese bubble tea to flourish globally. The entire park operates mainly as an international culinary exchange platform and a brand concept demonstration store, offering not only talent cultivation and store opening guidance but also continuous innovation in food and beverage research and development, new business operation models, and a bubble tea experience education center. The spatial planning of the park includes diverse themes such as a pearl milk tea cultural museum, entrepreneurship storefront corridor, food product production area, DIY experience classroom, ecological park, and a 12-meter green corridor. Inside, it features various types of entrepreneurial stores: a small farm vegetarian restaurant, a new tea fast food shop, a Chinese banquet hall, and a store for Taiwanese gourmet souvenirs, allowing aspiring entrepreneurs to have a complete hands-on experience in the park.
