Papermaking Dragon Workshop Introduction
The Paper Dome is located in Puli Township, Nantou County. It is a tourist factory that combines traditional papermaking techniques with modern creativity. Established in 1979 and transformed into a tourist factory in 2007 with the guidance of the Industrial Technology Research Institute of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, it allows visitors to gain a deeper understanding of Puli, a town renowned as the "Paper Town," and its papermaking history and technology. The Paper Dome showcases the process of machine papermaking and the production of colorful paper, as well as creative products such as the popular "Paper LEGO" 3D figurines loved by both children and adults. In addition to a rich exhibition of paper art design and creations, the venue also features DIY experience workshops where visitors can personally create various 3D rolled paper works, enjoying the fun of creation that is suitable for family outings and group activities.
