The HuanHuan Second-Hand Bookstore was established in 2010, and in 2023, it gathered 12 small bookstores in Taitung to form the "Book-Book Fruit" reading alliance (Taitung Sanseido, Underground Bookstore, At the Sea Bookstore, Chihshang Bookstore, The Story is About to Begin, Sea and Everyday - Life Proposal, Family Gathering Bookstore, Street Corner Bookstore, Seed Tree House, Archive Room Bookstore, EcoIdea - Whale Teacher's Natural Bookstore [listed in stroke order]). "Partners, let’s sail towards the great way!" A classic line from the manga "One Piece." Among many Devil Fruits, there is one called "Book-Book Fruit," which grants its user the ability to bring a designated person into the world of books, where those who enter do not age and can communicate with people outside the books. Finding one's place on the unknown path and using that positioning as a foundation to grow together with partners. Through "Book-Book Fruit," we connect local bookstores, tribal communities, public and private sectors, and collaborate with the Prehistoric Culture Museum and schools to promote interdisciplinary cooperation and connections, inviting every reader to enter the world of texts and explore the mysteries of life.
