Taitung Airport Introduction

Taitung Airport, known as the "Garden Airport," has been selected as the most beautiful airport in the country. With significant tourism value, Taitung Airport has recently completed multiple landscape facilities. The outdoor area features a flower-filled plaza with a fountain and a coffee leisure zone. Additionally, on the southwest side of the terminal building, an decommissioned Taiwan Air Britten Norman Trislander B-11112 three-engine propeller passenger plane and an E-One P-150 Titan 4×4 fire truck that previously served at Green Island Airport are displayed for visitors to enjoy and take photos.

Transportation Methods：By train: Take the Taiwan Railways to Taitung Station, and then transfer to the Dingdong Bus Haixian 8128, Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Eastern Coast Line, or the local bus (Puyuma Bus) Luhai-Kong Express Line heading towards the airport and get off at Taitung Airport. By bus: 1. Take the Hsing Dong Bus 8128 (towards the airport) and get off at Taitung Airport. 2. Take the local bus (Puyuma Bus) Luhai-Kong Express Line and get off at Taitung Airport.
