TTstyle Original House - Wave House Introduction
TTstyle Original Hall is located in the Taitung Tiehua New Village pedestrian area. The design concept of the wave-shaped ceiling is inspired by the imagery of Taitung's mountains and sea, with mosaics creating the waves of the blue ocean current. The seven colors symbolize the convergence of Taitung's seven major indigenous tribes. The ceiling also collects wind and water energy, featuring bold, sweeping arcs that resemble the surging waves and the grandeur of overlapping peaks. Below, the totem of the Pillar of Grace records the life attitudes and culture of indigenous ancestors, with rusted, mottled surfaces conveying a blend of strength and gentleness as well as the matured beauty honed by time. The entire structure, also known as the Wave House, is built from 50 shipping containers and reinforced steel, combined with a highly designed wave-shaped exterior that attracts various indigenous handmade product shops, unique dining establishments, and coffee shops, becoming a new hub for original creations in Taitung.
