Red Hair Well Introduction
"Red Hair Well" is located behind the former Zhongshan Hall of the Changhua Art Museum and has a history of about 300 years. It is one of the few remaining Dutch wells in central Taiwan. During the time when the Dutch occupied Taiwan, many missionaries and soldiers came to draw water for drinking, which is why locals refer to this well as "Red Hair Well" or "Barbarian Well."
