Red Hair Well Introduction
"Hongmao Well" is located behind the former Zhongshan Hall of the Changhua Art Museum and has a history of about three hundred years. It is the only remaining Dutch well in central Taiwan. When the Dutch occupied Taiwan, many missionaries and soldiers came to fetch water for drinking, which is why the locals refer to this well as "Hongmao Well" or "Fanzi Well."
