Hsing Mai Egg Roll Bakery Kingdom Visitor Center Introduction
Founded in 2005, Hsing Mai quickly became popular across Taiwan with its croissants, establishing nearly 50 chain stores that allowed people everywhere to enjoy the delicious pastries. In 2008, the croissant business transformed, and Hsing Mai Food Co., Ltd. was established in Xianxi Township, Changhua County. Mr. Huang Yi-Min, along with a group of dedicated employees, worked hard to ensure consumers could taste high-quality baked goods, launching their signature product—cream puffs. In 2012, cheesecake was introduced and became a hot seller across Taiwan. The following year, egg rolls made with natural butter were launched amid great anticipation. In addition to producing and selling their own products, they also provided customized pastry OEM services for chain restaurants.
