Hsing Mai was established in 2005, quickly becoming popular across Taiwan with its croissants, and expanded to nearly 50 chain stores, allowing people all over the country to enjoy the deliciousness of croissants. In 2008, the croissant business transformed, leading to the establishment of Hsing Mai Food Co., Ltd. located in Xianshi Township, Changhua County. Mr. Huang Yi-min, the owner, along with a group of dedicated employees, worked hard to ensure consumers could taste high-quality baked goods, launching their flagship product - cream puffs. In 2012, the cheesecake was introduced to the market, becoming a hot seller throughout Taiwan. The following year, a roll made with natural butter was launched amidst great anticipation. In addition to producing and selling their own products, they also provide customized pastry manufacturing services for chain restaurants.
