Hsing Mai Egg Roll Bakery Kingdom Visitor Center Introduction
Established in 2005, Hsin Mai quickly made a name for itself with its croissants, expanding to nearly 50 chain stores throughout Taiwan, allowing everyone to enjoy the deliciousness of croissants. In 2008, the croissant business transformed and Hsin Mai Food Co., Ltd. was established in Xianxi Township, Changhua County. Led by Mr. Huang Yi-min and a dedicated team, the company aims to provide consumers with high-quality baked goods, launching its signature product—cream puffs. In 2012, cheese cakes hit the market and became a hot seller throughout Taiwan. The following year, egg rolls made with natural butter were introduced due to high anticipation from the public. In addition to self-produced and self-sold items, the company also offers customized pastry services for chain restaurants.
