Hsing Mai was founded in 2005, during which time the croissant swept across Taiwan, establishing nearly 50 chain stores and allowing people all over Taiwan to enjoy the deliciousness of croissants. In 2008, the croissant business was transformed, leading to the establishment of Hsing Mai Food Co., Ltd., located in Xianxi Township, Changhua County. Mr. Huang Yi-Min, the person in charge, along with a group of dedicated employees, has been working hard to uphold the original intention of allowing consumers to taste quality baked goods, launching their flagship product - cream puffs. In 2012, cheesecakes hit the market and became a bestseller throughout Taiwan. The following year, egg rolls made with natural cream were launched after much anticipation from the public. In addition to producing and selling their products, they also provide customized pastry manufacturing services for chain restaurants.
