Xing Mai was founded in 2005 and quickly gained popularity across Taiwan with its croissants, establishing nearly 50 chain stores, allowing people all over the island to enjoy the deliciousness of these pastries. In 2008, the croissant business transformed, leading to the establishment of Xing Mai Food Co., Ltd. located in Xianxi Township, Changhua County. Mr. Huang Yi-min, the负责人, along with a group of dedicated employees, continued to strive to provide consumers with high-quality baked goods, launching their signature product - cream puffs. In 2012, the cheesecake was introduced to the market and became a bestseller throughout Taiwan. The following year, under public anticipation, they released egg rolls made with natural butter. In addition to producing and selling their own products, they also provide customized pastry OEM services for chain restaurants.
