Hsing Mai Egg Roll Bakery Kingdom Tourist Factory Introduction
Hsing-Mai was established in 2005 (the 94th year of the Republic of China) and became popular throughout Taiwan for its croissants, with nearly 50 stores allowing people across the country to enjoy the deliciousness of croissants. In 2008 (the 97th year of the Republic of China), the croissant business transformed, leading to the establishment of Hsing-Mai Food Co., Ltd. in Xianxi Township, Changhua County. Mr. Huang Yi-Min, the person in charge, along with a dedicated team of employees, has worked hard to fulfill the original intent of allowing consumers to taste high-quality baked goods, launching their flagship product - cream puffs. In 2012 (the 101st year of the Republic of China), cheesecakes were introduced to the market and became a hot seller across Taiwan. The following year, egg rolls made with natural butter were launched amidst great anticipation. In addition to producing and selling their own products, they also provide customized pastry manufacturing services for chain restaurants.
