Gengxin Botanical Farm Introduction
Gengxin Botanical Farm covers an area of approximately 0.7 hectares and is operated by a retired couple from the public education sector. The farm primarily cultivates miracle fruit and sapodilla. The miracle fruit trees in the park are quite large and are about 9 years old. Although the miracle fruit is small in size, it has a magical effect that can alter taste, making even the sourest fruits taste incredibly sweet. Currently, in addition to developing the original miracle fruit enzyme, the farm has also created health tea bags made from miracle fruit leaves. The brewed tea has a taste similar to aberia (Moringa), with a hint of bitterness. The owner of the farm noted that drinking the health tea bags provides a wonderful sensation of salivation. Visitors to the farm can learn about the ecology of miracle fruit and the process of enzyme production through guided explanations and can also experience the wonders of miracle fruit.
