Gengxin Plant Farm Introduction
Gengxin Plant Farm covers an area of approximately 0.7 hectares, managed by a retired couple from the public sector. The farm mainly cultivates miracle fruit and jabuticaba. The miracle fruit trees in the area are quite large, with an approximate age of 9 years. Although the miracle fruit itself is small, it has the incredible ability to alter taste, making even the sourest fruits taste exceptionally sweet. Currently, in addition to developing the original miracle fruit enzyme, the farm has also created health tea bags made from miracle fruit leaves. The brewed tea has a flavor reminiscent of miso leaf, sweet with a hint of bitterness, and the owner claims that drinking the tea provides a wonderful sensation of refreshing the palate. Visitors to the farm can learn about the ecology of the miracle fruit and the process of making the enzyme through guided explanations, as well as experience the wonders of miracle fruit firsthand.
