Gengxin Plant Farm Introduction
Gengxin Plant Farm covers an area of approximately 0.7 hectares and is operated by a retired couple from the public sector. The farm primarily grows miracle fruit and jaboticaba. The miracle fruit trees in the facility are quite large and are about 9 years old. Although the fruit is small, it possesses the magical ability to change one’s taste perception, making even the sourest fruits taste incredibly sweet. Currently, the farm not only develops its existing miracle fruit enzyme but also offers health tea bags made from miracle fruit leaves. The brewed tea has a flavor reminiscent of Ashitaba, sweet with a hint of bitterness. The owner states that drinking the health tea bags provides a wonderful sensation of refreshing the palate. Visitors to the farm can learn about the ecology of miracle fruit and the enzyme production process through guided explanations, as well as experience the wonders of miracle fruit.
