Gengxin Plant Farm Introduction
Gengxin Plant Farm covers an area of about 0.7 hectares, operated by a retired couple from the public education sector. The farm primarily cultivates miracle berries and jaboticaba. The miracle berry trees in the garden are large, about 9 years old, and while the berries themselves are small, they possess a magical ability to alter taste, making even the most sour fruits remarkably sweet when consumed. In addition to developing the existing miracle berry enzyme, the farm has also created wellness tea bags using miracle berry leaves. The brewed tea offers a flavor profile reminiscent of the Japanese herb Moringa, with a sweet taste intermingled with a hint of bitterness.
