Wang Qian-Kun Organic Farm Introduction

Wang Chien-Kun Organic Farm grows fruits including passion fruit, guava, lychee, and roselle. The reason the fruits are plump and sweet is not solely due to good fertilizer, but rather the persistence and dedication of the farm owners, Wang Chien-Kun and his wife. They insist on organic cultivation because maintaining the health of the land and the body is more important than anything else. They carefully nurture every fruit in their farm, as love and passion are the secrets to producing rich flavors. This is why eating fruits from Wang Chien-Kun Organic Farm is such a moving experience. To grow high-quality fruits, sufficient sunlight, clean air, and pure water are essential, along with nutritious fertilizer. Mr. Wang has thus developed his own organic fertilizer using ingredients like soybean meal, milk, rice bran, molasses, and bone meal, combining them to nourish the fruit trees. Hence, in this farm, we can see the long and sturdy trees of wax apples, passion fruits, and guavas, producing well-formed fruits that have both flavor and appearance. Beyond the fruits, Mr. Wang also produces lychee vinegar, roselle candied fruits, roselle juice, passion fruit juice, and passion fruit vinegar, all of which are healthy products. The Wang couple has transitioned from being novices in farming to becoming experts in organic agriculture, all due to their deep affection for this orchard. It is not just a workplace but also a place of life. Whatever wild vegetables they need to eat, they can easily pick them from the orchard, which is home to over 100 types of plants. More accurately, this organic farm is actually Mr. Wang’s “playground.”
