Sandimen Scenic Bicycle Route Introduction
The Sandimen Township Bicycle Path is located along Provincial Highway 185 in Sandimen Township. It is the earliest developed mountain biking trail in Pingtung County. The route passes through the northernmost townships of Pingtung County, including Gaoshu Township and Sandimen Township, with a total length of approximately 42 kilometers, forming a circular bike path. The route features Hakka settlements, indigenous tribes, and the rustic beauty of rural fields, along with rich natural ecology and cultural landscapes, making it a great choice for cycling tourism in Pingtung. The route connects Saijia, Koushe, Qingshan, and Ma'er Village, offering picturesque scenery and the charm of indigenous tribes, winding mountain roads, and is one of the favorite routes among cyclists.
