Fuyuan Scenic Lookout Introduction
Fu-Yuan Scenic Area is located on a high ground and serves as a viewpoint offering a panoramic view of 360 degrees. The platform is composed of a wooden walkway and a pavilion, providing a clear sight of Dulan Mountain and the arc of Dulan Bay. On clear days, one can even see Green Island in the distance. On the other side of the viewpoint, unique geographical features such as Beinan River, Xiaohuang Mountain, and Liji Badlands can be observed, with scattered houses nestled between the plains. Standing at this vantage point, one can appreciate the vastness of Taitung Plain and the East Coast, experiencing the insignificance of humanity against the grandeur of nature. If you choose to visit in autumn or winter, you may have the opportunity to see migrating hawks soaring in the sky.
