Fuyuan Viewing Platform Introduction
Fuyuan Scenic Area is located on high ground, offering a place to enjoy the scenery with a panoramic view of 360 degrees and an open perspective. The viewing platform is comprised of a wooden deck and a gazebo, allowing visitors to gaze at Dulan Mountain, with the crescent-shaped mouth of Dulan Bay also clearly visible. On clear days, one can even see Green Island in the distance. On the other side of the viewing platform, unique geographical landscapes such as the Beinan River, Little Yellow Mountain, and the Lijia Badlands can be seen, with scattered houses distributed among the plains. Standing at this elevated point, you can take in the entire Taitung Plain and the East Coast landscape, feeling the insignificance of humanity against the vastness of the earth. If you choose to visit in autumn or winter, you may have the opportunity to see magnificent birds of prey such as the Crested Serpent Eagle and the Pallas's Fish Eagle soaring in the sky.
