Mingli Paragliding Take-off Site Introduction
Mingli Paragliding Launch Site is located two kilometers up from Mingli Village, at an altitude of approximately 800 meters. The area offers a wide view, with a flight range extending east to the Hualien River, south to Guangfu, and north to the vicinity of Fenglin. Notably, the local wind conditions are strong and stable, with consistent air currents; once launched, one will immediately be lifted to the top of the clouds by these currents. Additionally, there is already a ready-made training area below, which is something other high platforms lack. A beginner can experience the learning tips for takeoff in the recreational area, and once proficient, can fly closely with an instructor at the Mingli Mountain launch site, enjoying the thrill of soaring through the clouds like an eagle.
