Ming Li Paragliding Takeoff Site Introduction
Mingli Paragliding Launch Site is located two kilometers up from Mingli Village, at an elevation of approximately 800 meters. The area offers a broad view and extensive flying space, extending east to Hualien River, south to Guangfu, and north to the Fenglin area. Notably, the local wind is strong and stable, with consistent air currents that immediately lift you to the cloud tops upon takeoff. Additionally, there is a ready-made training ground below, which is a feature lacking in many other high-altitude sites. A beginner can experience the tips for takeoff in the recreational area, and once skilled, they can fly with instructors at Mingli Mountain's high launch site, enjoying the thrill of soaring through the clouds like an eagle.
