Phoenix Mountain Resort (Setsu Village) Introduction
The tranquil Phoenix Mountain Villa (Saisiy Village) is located in the upstream area of Fenglin Creek on the west side of Hakka town Fenglin. It features facilities such as camping areas and barbecue spots, and also provides accommodation, shopping, and dining options for travelers. Surrounded by green mountains and flowing creeks, it is close to Phoenix Waterfall and Fenglin Creek, making it an ideal spot for nature ecological tourism. The Phoenix Mountain Villa was originally a water source for the Fenglin area, with clear and sweet water quality and a pristine natural landscape. With the gentle streams of Fenglin Creek, following the signs towards the mountains reveals the beautiful Phoenix Waterfall, which hangs like a silver ribbon on a 10-meter-high cliff. The air is filled with negative ions, and the cool, clear water pool is a charming recreational spot rich in wilderness. Therefore, the Fenglin Township Office early on planned this area as the Phoenix Waterfall Scenic Area, providing a refreshing escape during the hot summer days. After the establishment of the Huadong Valley National Scenic Area, this place was planned for the development of ecological tourism and spiritual exploration. Utilizing the original architecture of Phoenix Mountain Villa, camping areas, barbecue spots, and other related facilities were added. Additionally, Saisiy Village organizes various spiritual exploration activities every month, hoping to offer travelers visiting the Huadong Valley a different style and type of activity choice.
