Qixingtan Bicycle Path Introduction
The Qixing Lake Cycling Path, located in the outskirts of Hualien City, is a sunlit avenue that dances with the sea. This cycling path has existed long before the cycling craze became popular. After several years of extensions, it now connects to Li-hu Lake, forming part of the Two Lakes Cycling Path. The winding Qixing Lake Cycling Path runs along the coastline, taking a route that is difficult for regular vehicles to access. With a blue atmosphere reflecting the sea and sky, the route is not particularly challenging, yet it offers some of the most beautiful scenery. Although there are some ups and downs, it presents a great opportunity to challenge oneself. There are many resting spots along the way where cyclists can relax before continuing their journey. It's recommended that visitors try riding in the morning or evening when it's not too hot and the atmosphere is particularly charming. If the bicycle is equipped with lighting, one can even take a moonlit ride during a full moon, which is sure to leave a lasting impression.
