Longquan Riverside Park Introduction
Longquan Riverside Park, located next to the contact runway of Jiashan Base in Jialin Village, covers an area of approximately 1,200 ping and features vast green grasslands combined with ecological landscapes, making it a great place for the public to relax and stroll. In the early days, due to the irrigation needs of farmland beside the access road of Jiashan Base, a well was dug here, leading to the unexpected discovery of abundant water sources and pure water quality, hence the beautiful name "Longquan". It has now been developed into a recreational riverside park utilizing the water sources. The park features ecological ditches, suspension bridges, rest platforms, and water-access steps, with landscaping surrounding the area, including the planting of aquatic plants. There are two long lotus ponds in the area; during the summer, visitors can stroll and admire the summer lotus juxtaposed with green leaves and pond water, swaying gracefully under the bright sun. The park also offers stunning views of the Central Mountain Range or allows visitors to watch the trains of the North Link Line pass by. Many people choose to come here for water activities and to enjoy a leisurely time.
