Longquan Riverside Park Introduction
Longquan Waterfront Park, located beside the contact runway of Jiashan Base in Jialin Village, covers an area of approximately 1,200 ping. It features wide green grasslands and combines ecological natural landscapes, making it a great place for leisure walks. In the past, wells were dug here due to the irrigation needs of the farmland beside the access road to Jiashan Base, and it was unexpectedly discovered that the water source here is abundant and the water quality is pure, thus earning the name "Longquan." Currently, the water source has been developed into a recreational waterfront park. The park is equipped with ecological ditches, suspension bridges, resting platforms, and waterfront steps, with surrounding beautification featuring the planting of aquatic plants. The park has two elongated lotus ponds, and during the peak summer season, visitors can enjoy a stroll, admiring the lush green leaves and pond water contrasted with blooming summer lotus under the bright sun. The park also offers a magnificent view of the Central Mountain Range and allows for the observation of trains passing swiftly on the North-Link Line. Many people choose to come here for water recreation, enjoying their leisurely time.
