Hualien Distillery Introduction
When you arrive at the beautiful blue Qixingtan, don't miss the Hualien Distillery. Following the signage, you'll reach it in less than five minutes. What catches your eye is a vast green grassland, featuring baseball grids, wine barrel tossing games, and stone chess tables, making it a great place for family fun and fitness. As you venture further in, the distillery spans a large area with multiple buildings; the slightly weathered green walls and copper-colored corridors exude a nostalgic charm. The exhibition and sales center within the park is a favorite among visitors, showcasing artistic displays made from recycled wine bottles and barrels! Besides offering various domestic alcoholic beverages for sale, there are also related products such as golden water, wine fruit, and facial masks, with Hualien's signature millet wine being one of the popular items. To cater to the demand for personalized products, the Hualien Distillery also offers customized labels for their wines, making them quite memorable. The distillery also sells ceramic old wine jars with a capacity of about 30 liters, crafted in a rustic style adding both practical and aesthetic value. For groups of more than thirty, the distillery provides guided tours that cover the history of Hualien Distillery, the manufacturing processes of various wines, and methods of wine preservation, which need to be applied for one week in advance.
