Hualien Distillery Introduction
When you arrive at the azure and charming Qixingtan, don't miss the Hualien Distillery; just follow the signs and you'll get there in less than five minutes. Before your eyes lies a vast green prairie, equipped with baseball grids, wine barrel tossing games, and stone chess tables, making it a great place for families to enjoy and exercise together. As you walk deeper into the distillery, you'll find a wide area filled with factory buildings, featuring slightly weathered green walls and copper-colored staircases, exuding a sense of nostalgia and antiquity. The exhibition and sales center within the park is a favorite among visitors, showcasing artistic landscapes made from discarded wine bottles and jars! In addition to offering a variety of domestic alcoholic beverages, they also sell related products such as golden water, wine fruits, and face masks, with the locally famous millet wine being one of the most popular items. To meet the demands of a personalized era, the Hualien Distillery also provides a service for customizing special labels on alcohol, which is quite commemorative. The distillery also sells ceramic old wine jars, with a capacity of about 30 liters, featuring a rustic design and made as a single piece on a potter's wheel, thus possessing both practical and aesthetic value. For groups of over thirty people, the distillery offers guided tours explaining the history of the Hualien Distillery, the manufacturing process of various alcoholic beverages, and methods of storing them; tours must be requested at least one week in advance.
