Qimei - Xiaxiang Introduction
Xia Mi Lower Alley is located between Liwan Recreation Area and Dashi Scenic Area, where there is a small bay surrounded by basalt cliffs. The coastal area has been shaped by wave erosion, forming two openings resembling an alley; the upper one is called Upper Alley, while the southern one, which has a larger opening, is called Lower Alley, serving as the main route for locals to access the beach. Following the stone steps, the path leads to the seaside, where there is a small bay that belongs to a wave-eroded platform. Visitors can closely observe the sloping columnar joint cliffs and the clear blue sea surrounding the area. On either side of Lower Alley, cliffs form shallow flats, becoming a favorite spot for anglers. There is also a viewing pavilion for resting, offering panoramic views of the coastline from Longcheng, Shishi, to Lower Alley. [Recommended Stay Time] 1 hour
