Hsinchu Railway Station - Front Square Introduction
The underground exit of the Plaza in front of the station used to be dark and damp, becoming a security blind spot. It has now been transformed into a shaded pedestrian walkway, with a YouBike station installed, making it easier and safer for pedestrians and YouBike riders to travel between Zhongzheng Road, Minzu Road, and Linsen Road. In addition, the Plaza in front of the station is a popular venue for young people to perform, gather, and chat, and it is open for public groups to borrow. At night, the illuminated century-old station can be enjoyed against the backdrop of the night, making it an excellent spot for photography enthusiasts.
