The Replanting Garden for the Disabled in Chiayi City is a facility commissioned by the Chiayi City Government and managed by Chiayi Christian Hospital. Within the garden, the Tenkuyaki Studio houses artisans who specialize in glass bead crafts. These artisans have undergone a year of rigorous training in glass bead making and received funding from both the Chiayi City Government and the Council of Labor Affairs, allowing them to establish this creative space. The Tenkuyaki Studio actively develops new products and integrates the concept of "Taiwan Kyoto" promoted by the Chiayi City Government, successfully bringing the creations of Tenkuyaki Studio to the international stage and making it a representative of craftsmanship in Chiayi, known as the "Pearl of Chiayi." Currently, there are five artisans (people with disabilities) in the studio developing a variety of accessories and gifts. Recently, they have successfully created products such as signature pens, necklaces, earrings, brooches, and photo frames made from glass, and they have officially started taking orders for production and sales. This attraction was established through the collaboration between the Chiayi City Government and Chiayi Christian Hospital for the management of the comprehensive park for individuals with disabilities.

The Chiayi City Rehabilitation Park - The Chiayi City Government has entrusted the management of this comprehensive facility for individuals with disabilities to Chiayi Christian Hospital. Within the park, the "Tōrōtamari Workshop" specializes in the craft of glass beads, where artisans undergo a year-long training in glass bead making, supported by subsidies from the Chiayi City Government and the Council of Labor Affairs. The workshop actively develops new product lines and incorporates the "Taiwan Kyoto" imagery promoted by the Chiayi City Government, successfully introducing the creations of the Tōrōtamari Workshop to the international market and establishing it as a representative of Chiayi craftsmanship - known as "The Pearl of Chiayi." Currently, five artisans (individuals with disabilities) in the workshop are developing a variety of accessories and gifts. Recently, they have successfully created products such as signature pens, necklaces, earrings, brooches, and photo frames made from glass materials, and they are officially accepting orders for production and sales. The attraction is managed by the Chiayi Christian Hospital under the commission of the Chiayi City Government.
