Renge Garden - Dragonfly Glass Workshop Introduction
Chiayi City Re-Growth Garden - This is a comprehensive park for people with disabilities managed by Chiayi Christian Hospital under the commission of the Chiayi City Government. The glass bead artisans in the Re-Growth Garden's design studio have undergone a year of rigorous training in glass bead craft, supported by subsidies from the Chiayi City Government and the Council of Labor Affairs, to establish a creative space. The design studio actively develops new products and integrates the "Taiwan Kyoto" imagery with its creations, successfully promoting the Re-Growth Garden's glass crafts internationally, becoming a representative of Chiayi's craft creations known as "The Pearl of Chiayi." Currently, five artisans (people with disabilities) are developing a variety of accessories and gifts in the studio. Recently, they have successfully developed products made from glass materials, such as signature pens, necklaces, earrings, brooches, and photo frames, and are officially accepting orders for production and sales.
