The Chiayi City Rehabilitation Complex - Re-Growth Garden is an integrated facility commissioned by the Chiayi City Government and managed by the Chiayi Christian Hospital. Within the Re-Growth Garden, the "Dragonfly Jade Workshop" employs artisans who have undergone a year of rigorous training in glass bead craftsmanship, supported by subsidies from the Chiayi City Government and the Council of Labor Affairs. The workshop actively develops new products and connects the "Taiwan Kyoto" imagery promoted by the Chiayi City Government to successfully introduce Re-Growth Garden's Dragonfly Jade creations to the international stage, becoming a representative of local craftsmanship known as "The Jewel of Chiayi." Currently, five artisans (people with disabilities) are developing a variety of accessories and gifts in the workshop. Recently, they have successfully created products such as signature pens, necklaces, earrings, brooches, and photo frames using glass materials, and are officially taking orders for production and sales. The facility was built as part of the integrated rehabilitation complex managed by the Chiayi Christian Hospital under commission from the Chiayi City Government.
