The service hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, providing various considerate services year-round without interruption. Services include personalized consultation in Chinese, English, and Japanese for travel, information on tourist attractions, transportation and accommodation planning, event celebration, guided tours, and internet or phone inquiries.
