Banciao Post Station Business District (Fuchung Business District) Introduction

The Fuzhong Shopping District, located near the old Banqiao Railway Station, covers sections of Zhongshan Road, Sichuan Road, East and West Guanqian Road, Chongqing Road, and National Day Road. It was once the busiest area in Banqiao and has recently been redeveloped around the new Banqiao Station, transforming into a tourism-oriented urban complex called the New Ban District, successfully creating a vibrant area in New Taipei City's Xinyi District. The Fuzhong Shopping District integrates trendy fashion, pop culture, and diverse culinary experiences, making it the only shopping area in New Taipei City that connects with modern, fashionable, and youthful demographics. Located near the Banqiao Station, which is interconnected with three transit systems, it links nearby shopping malls and dining options, combining the characteristics of both old and new shopping districts to create a recreational shopping environment suitable for all ages. Since 2011, the Fuzhong Shopping District has hosted the largest Halloween costume party in Taiwan, attracting many visitors from afar.
