"FuZhong 15" is the first theme museum in Taiwan that combines film and animation art with documentary screenings. The first basement level houses the "New Taipei City Documentary Cinema," which regularly screens high-quality documentaries and art films, offering special screening services tailored to various groups such as new parents, seniors, and visually impaired individuals. Floors 2-8 are dedicated to the "New Taipei City Animation Story Museum," which serves as an important hub and exchange platform for the development of animation and audiovisual art through various exhibitions, animated film screenings, and educational promotion activities. On the eighth floor, there is an audiovisual reading room that houses collections of animated audiovisual works and books, featuring a wide variety of animation and audiovisual art DVDs and literature for the public to enjoy free of charge on-site.
