Nan Zi Kou Bicycle Path Introduction
The 3.5-kilometer NanZiGou Bicycle Path starts near Huadong Park close to Yadong Hospital and ends at the confluence of NanZiGou and the Dahan River. Originally, it was the NanZiGou Pumping Station located on the right bank of the Dahan River along the bicycle path, which has been partially transformed into a bicycle rest station to provide a space for cyclists. Cyclists can enter the rest station via a flood prevention overpass marked by signage. The station offers facilities such as restrooms, air pumps, and water refill services. The indoor resting area allows visitors to relax while learning about the local history of the NanZiGou area in Banqiao. The entire path runs along the right bank green belt of the river, with towering old trees providing shade, making biking a relaxing and pleasant experience. A cultural bicycle rest station has been established at the NanZiGou Pumping Station near the nearby Xinyue Bridge, improving the station's environment and facilities, enhancing the surrounding guiding signs, and adding resting platforms and washrooms to give visitors a sense of homecoming.
