Nanzi River Cycling Path Introduction
The 3.5-kilometer Nan Zai Gou Bicycle Path starts near Huadong Park, close to Yadong Hospital, and ends at the confluence of Nan Zai Gou and the Dahan River. Originally, it was the site of the Nan Zai Gou Pumping Station located on the right bank of the Dahan River. To provide a resting place for cyclists, part of the space was transformed into a bicycle rest station. Cyclists can enter the station through the flood prevention bridge at Shuangxi Kou, following the signs. The station offers services such as restrooms, air inflating, and water filling. Inside the rest area, visitors can relax while learning about the local stories of the past Nan Zai Gou in Banqiao. The entire path runs alongside the right bank, shaded by towering old trees, making the ride easy and pleasant. A cultural bicycle rest station has been built within the Nan Zai Gou Pumping Station near the nearby Xinyue Bridge, improving the environment and facilities within the station. Additional guiding signs have been installed, and resting platforms and washrooms have been added, providing the public with a homely feeling.
