Dongxing Temple Introduction
Dongxing Temple, located just a few hundred meters from Longmen Camping Area, has stood here since 10 B.C. In the year 10 B.C., during the Year of the Tiger, local gentry Wu A-dai and Wu You-tou invited the deities of the Lin, Wen, and Fu families from the Ji Long and Pingdao Temple to worship at this site to ensure the peace and welfare of the villagers. They built a small straw hut temple for worship, and since then, miracles have occurred, bringing favorable weather, national prosperity, and peace for the people. Those who prayed for healing have found relief from their ailments, attracting an increasing number of believers and boosting the temple's incense offerings.
